HOW TO ADD (SET/GET) PARAMETER ID - RECDCFUPF for user profile.

Dear Experts,

The below requirement is for SAP-REFX ( LEASE IN SCENARIO ) .

I am trying to add the below parameter  to REFX user profile :

In the package RE_CD_CF, creating the SET/GET parameter RECDCFUPF with the short text "RECDCGOL:

But getting an error message as below.Attached screen shot FYI.

Parameter ID RECDCFUPF does not exist

Message no. 01037

Can any one advise me to get it .

Dear Rao,

please use first transaction SE80 to create the SET/GET parameter for package RE_CD_CF as described in SAP note 1610344.

Afterwards you can use this parameter and assign it to your user profile.

Dear Mr.Franz,

Thanks for your reply, as you advised with t-code  SE80 -->   package RE_CD_CF have added a parameter id RE_CD_CF -- saved. with the short text "RECDCGOL:Process First Posting OFF/ON". (as described in SAP note 1610344.)

But not found any change in the system, Is there any more activity to activate this parameter ID.

My requirement is

when  I tried the the Generate cash flow option ( from T-code : RECN --Contract no - enter --  Main Menu --EDIT -> Generate cash flow) the attached pop up is coming, its not showing the option of " use first posting from date".

we can say no change happened in the system.

ATTACHED SCREEN SHOTS shows you the Present screen shot from system & required option.

Dear Rao,

please maintain the user parameter RECDCFUPF in your user profile with transaction SU3.

The user parameter RECDCFUPF has to be set to value ON.

Afterwards the option "user first posting date" should be visible for generation of cashflow either within contract dialog or transaction RECDCGOL.

Thanks for your update on this critical moment.

I have update the parameter values as you advised, But still not showing the option of " use first posting from date". on contract screen. ( ( from T-code : RECN --Contract no - enter --  Main Menu --EDIT -> Generate cash flow)

Also tried using the T_code : RECDCGOL - Contract type & number & folow up due date ( given as 30.11.2013, as my first posting date is 01.11.2013) by selecting force regeneration.

Butr still no change happened in the cash flow, unable to make postings.

Kindly advise is there any other check points to do for this.

Kindly treat this as priority issue, Your help will be highly appreciated.

please check the user parameters with transactions SU3.

There should be the parameter maintained as follows.

Set/Get parameter ID               Parameter value

RECDCDUPF                           ON

Dear Mr. Franz,

Noted the msg, But we have maintained RECDCFUPF   (ON) at SU3 ( AS PER SAP NOTE 1610344 ). No change.

But you are telling that RECDCDUPF    its not available in system, shall we create new.

was just a typo, parameter name is RECDCFUPF

Set/Get parameter ID               Parameter value

RECDCFUPF                           ON

Please provide the screen shot with the user parameters.

thanks for providing the screen shot. Everything seems fine here.

Please verify that the coding changes delivered with SAP note 1610344 are implemented in your system. (maybe with help from a developer who checks the coding parts)
