how to find user transactions in client

i would like know about perticular user executed what transaction codes on a specific day

Hi Muddana,

You can also use the transaction STAD for this.

Alternative goto transaction ST03. and Choose expert mode.

Under performance history choose one recent period. Next choose the period of your choice.

In the next screen from menu bar select GOTO then Profiles then User Profiles. Now from the list choose the user for which analysis has to be done and double click on it. Now you will get to transaction executed by the user.

Hi Muddana,

STAD if is activatted should be careful as the logging would occupy DB space and is done only in specific cases.

BUT ST03 is the better option whgere you can go to Administyrator mode....and in ANALYSIS Mode, just check User profile. U end up with a list of users that logged into the system.

Double click and you would get the TCODES accessed by the user on that Day.,

Hi Raghu,

ST03 as well as ST03N allows you to view historical data. So checking yesterday´s data is very much of a possibility.

I can checked out and am able to see the past records as well...from the EXPERT mode..i missed tht as ADMIN mode is generally used by me and hence missed this hostorical data point.thks again

Even I missed on mentioning Expert Mode )) in one of my previous posts.

That is important to view historical records. Admin mode wont display historical records.
