It looks like you're new to SCN. As a best practice to use the SCN, it makes sense to use meaningful subjects to post the query instead of using "Hi" as the subject of the query.
You can activate the Error logging in /SAPAPO/C2 transaction code and the relevant documentation is available in the following link. Please go through it and activate it accordingly. Default setting is "Strict". You may try changing it to Post processing for the relevant entry that has target OLTP system mentioned.
