Input Help of Input field

Hi,

I created a search help and attach it to a input filed. The search help works well and return the correct parameter at SE11. But it cannot export correct column value at Web Dynpro. That is, there are three columns at the hit list, Material Description, Language, and Material Number. Only Material Number is marked as an export parameter. When I click a line on the hit list, the whole line was exported to the field rather than the third column. How to limit the restrict value?

Hi TS,

I suspect, you are using search help exit to return the selected value and its returning the whole line upon section a line from hit lit.

Could you check your search help exit if exist?

Also share the screen shots of the same so that it helps to determine the problem.
