TLB Run does not read Rule controls more than 2

Hello Gurus,

We have scenario where in we need to consider 4 Rule Controls in TLB Profile to create Shipment.

Scenario : 4 SKUs have different Dimension and combined in same truck load either 20ft or 40ft

SKU	20Ft	40Ft	20Ft Sheets	40ft Sheets
A	3300	6600	11	22
B	3168	6336	11	22
C	3120	6864	10	22
D	3600	7200	11	23

Can I assign 4 rule controls for TLB profile ?

1	FLOORSPOTS	>=	0	<=	11	ST (sheets)
2	VOLUME	>=	0	<=	1	SA (Max 20ft)
3	FLOORSPOTS	>=	12	<=	23	ST(Sheets)
4	VOLUME	>=	0	<=	1	SET (max 40 ft)

Rule control 3 : (1 AND 2) OR (3 AND 4)

When i tried to run TLB does not respect to Control 3 and 4. Intension was either 1 and 2 or 3 and 4

Is this scenario can be planned in TLB ? Does TLB reads more than 2/3 Rule Controls?

Please suggest.

Hii Amol,

You need to define "relationship is specified by customer" in relation between rules, and need to put the rule details..

and there you can define number of parameters....

Yes I build the TLB Profile same way as you explained earlier, what I am intending is when system tries to build shipment id should see max Sheets of 11 and total qty not more than 20ft Max load OR sheets from 12 to 23 and 40Ft max load.

If either of condition matched it shuld create as shipment. What I am thinking is either 1 AND 2 should be selected or 3 AND 4 should be selected.

As per your TLB Profile you are using Volume and weight parameters to restrict, and you also have FLOORSPOTS as one of the rule control, May I know the significance of having that ?

I will test this again and let you know the results

I just have given you an example how you can define more rule controls. so ignore the parameters on the screen shots...

your screenshots looks ok...

check your test results, hope you'll get the desired result.....
