Future Scope of SD for an abaper.

Hello Guys,

I have to discuss somethiing.

Earlier i used to work on abap for 8 months and was getting webdynpro training also

since last 1 month.

But my delivery manager wants me to be a SD consultant.So i want your suggestion

that should i go for SD module.Does it has good scope for an abaper ??

And is it better to be Techno Functional ????

Please post your career related in below forum,which is meant for the same.

Always Techno Functional is the demand position. Apart from SD you could also chose other modules ( example FI-CO or MM) based on your interest.

The biggest challenge is to get a job; after learning a module. If you delivery manager would arrange for work in SAP SD, then go for it; If you want to.

It is a good opportunity!

An interesting point would be why your manager wants some one with 8 month ABAP experience to learn and become a SD consultant?!

Actually in my company there is some shortage of Functional Consultants.Thats why he wants me to be a SD consultant.

And he is forcing me to learn SD or EHS .So i wanted to know which one is better ???
