My Data menu in ITSM error

In ITSM in Solution Manager 7.1 SPS10

I logged in as IM_CREAT_SID which is Default Requester.

Then I clicked My data in the Main menu.

Then it gives me the BSP error.

I tried to search in the forum but could not find the answer.

Anyone know this?

Hi,

To overcome this error implement 1866208 - Wrong Checks-classes CL_COM_PRSEARCH_UTIL, CL_RFC_TABLE_READ.

I tired to implement the note but it says I also need 1886420. and I tried to download 1886420 and the note is not released.

As you can see 1886420 is not there in service market place ,,,it will be better to raise the OSS ticket ,

I guess so... I tried with Admin user and it works fine.

So i think it has to be some kind of permission problem.

Hi,

I've the same error. I've tried to set SAP_ALL to the user but the error still exist.

I've tried to apply note oss 1866208 but it depends on oss note 1886420 that is not released.

How have you solved the problem ?

I did not solve the problem. the issue is still there.

but I copied Solman_admin user and gave only Requester role to it. and it works.

This issue is still exist.

No it has not been solved. I just did a temparary work around.

For production, I would not do that.

I am still searching for the solution. I did not raise OSS yet.

When i need, I will. right now, we are doing poc only.

Hi

This happens because user is missing SU3 transaction authorization for maintaing own's data.

kindly create a new role or assign this authorization via existing roles and then check again.

The user has SU03. I even tried with SAP_ALL permission with the user. Still does not work.

without the sap note 1886420, the other notes also not possible to implement. But have you checked the netweaver side similar issues as stated in the note,1944698 - Exception or error occurred while starting or navigating BSP application
