System log entry: Spool: RT_INSERT Reports Error 128 for Table TSPQSTAT

Hello,

I am getting this message in production system log periodicaly every minute (sometime twice or more in same time): System log entry: Spool: RT_INSERT Reports Error 128 for Table TSPQSTAT.

I read about the table TSPQSTAT and found out it was a spool queue statistic data. Also I know that printing is working fine so this is not a crucial problem. This message is popping only on one application server. If I look on data in the table, rows are inserted and table is growing.

Did you get similar message anytime? Do you know how to get rid of it and solve the problem? Thanks for suggestions.

Hi Kamil,

Please check whether the SAP parameter rspo/stat/query has same values in CI and other application servers.

Parameter is set to value 1 on each application server.

Hi ,

Can you please do the consistency check in Sp12 and SPAD.

Try to see if you see any error in sp12 and spad try to delete them.

error 128 is DUPLICATE_KEY error.

check notes -  1336 - Spooler reports data base I/O error   and  48400 - Reorganization of TemSe and Spool

have you scheduled the SAP standard job Spool reorg?

Yes, standard Spool reorganization job is scheduled and running periodicaly.
