vx12n LC value not been updated for some customers

Dear Gurus,

I am currently facing an issue.My LC settings are working perfectly but for some customers ,although the lc document is assigned but no validy check is done by the system and the value in vx12n not been updated.I cannot understand this issue.

Hello,

Is the Sales Document Type same in all the cases? Also is the Payment Guarantee Procedure is assigned to all the Sales Document Types?

Yes Jignesh all is same.no difference.

Another thing that have found is that the customers with credit master through fd32 ignores the lc value check at order.This seems illogical but can there can be some reason behind this.
