Login issue with IT Change Approval Mobile App

I originally posted this in SAP mobile section but did not get any response. Hopefully someone here can help. I have installed IT Change Approval mobile app 1.0.9 on Adroid 4.4 device. ChaRM is configured in SOLMAN 7.1 SP10. We are using embedded Netweaver Gateway and configuration has been done in SOLMAN_SETUP for Gateway.

What input I need to provide on logn screen ? I am entering below data:

Server - <server name>

User Id - <user>

Password - <password>

Port - 8000

URL Suffix - sap/opu/odata/aigw/service_gdapi     <--- is this correct?

When I try with above, I get error - "Login failed. Login failed. Forbidden" and in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG I get below error:

Questions:

1. Am I providing correct input? I can't find anywhere what fields to populate with what data

2. If login input is correct, how do I fix the issue?

Hi.

- have you checked the sap note 1726772 , 1887242 are valid?

- have you activated the sicf pat, check out our earlier discussion here

Hi Jansi,

sicf service is active and notes are already included in the system. I have also checked the thread you mentioned, but it doesn't help as login screen for ChaRM app is totally different. Here is my login screen. Does it look OK?
