C_HANAIMP_1 retired by SAP?(PearsonVue)

Hello!

I was trying to schedule my exam for C_HANAIMP_1 this morning but, at my biggest surprise we're getting"forced" to sign up for the 2013 edition which requires I think the training based on SPS05 &06...did anyone else noticed that??

Also what will one need in order to get ready for the 2013 edition?

Just checked today and unless I'm missing something...SAP education no longer displays information for C_HANAIMP_1 and its not even possible to book an exam date when only yesterday dates were available... why no communication about that??? is that usual?

Hi,

i don't know if it's useful to you  but today in the spanish site of training.sap.com the C_HANAIMP_1 exam is no more available. I register for the C_HANAIMP_131 Edition 2013 past month and i can assure you that it was available, so maybe you're right and it has been retired ....

My friend has contacted SAP India regarding C_HANAIMP_1 certification and he received a reply that C_HANAIMP_1 Certification is available till January 31st and after that it will be retired

Hello,

I have the confirmation from SAP education that C_HANAIMP_1 has been retired
and is no longer available. I’m not sure whether it's for the US zone only or
not ..but the certification is no longer listed on the website nor appears in
the customer service booking system.

Moving forward,  I’ll probably open a new discussion thread about How to study for the 2013version if (like me)you have read and prepared for the old C_HANAIMP_1. SAP exam objective matching VS reading the whole updated material...

I'm expecting valuable expert inputs and advice.

Dear YaYa Dagnoko,

In Poland C_HANAIMP_1 was retired too.

Interesting thing is how long the next certificate (C_HANAIMP_13) will be valid, because I think that in next year we probably get something like C_HANAIMP_14/C_HANAIMP_15, which will depend of newest version of HANA.

AS per my knowledge C_HANAIMP_1  is still exist.( Please conform with Training center according your country)

C_HANAIMP_1   : syllabus based on SP4......topics are less compared to SP6...

C_HANAIMP131 : syllabus based on SP5, SP6..... topics are double and in detail knowledge on modelling and new                                       topics like Deployment Scenerious & RDS and HANA Live

Hi,

I don't know if C_HANAIMP_1 is still available or not.

Few of my friends got C_HANAIMP_1 certified in at TechEd Bangalore in December

C_HANAIMP_1 also requires training based on SP05 or SP06

C_HANAIMP_131 is more modeling focused with detailed topic areas

You just have to be prepared for more detailed questions and you will also get questions related to different RDS, HANA Live and Suite on HANA

Hi Vivek - I believe Vishel noted that with HASWELL intel processor by end of Q1 would be 5b rather than 3b scans.

Hi Sean,

Yeah, Haswell processors will be available from April and then HANA will be able to perform 5 billion scans
