Hi Shakira,

Try with sap_all role user(admin user) and test whether the issue is with authorization or in the system level.

Hi Karthik,

Thanks for your reply

I've tried sap_all user, but it doesn't work as well.

Do you have any idea where else i should take a look.

Thanks

Check whether your maintenance cycle is active or else regenerate task list.

Hi Shakira,

Go to solar_project_admin and check the consistency check of particular project.

Also check the transport route is consistent.

Hi Karthik,

consistency check all indicated with green colors. I believe the transport routes is consistent since it works fine with normal change.

This will be counted as one of my new year resolution i guess

Thanks

Hi Karthik,

My current cycle is 'In Develpment with release"

I notice that after 'Not linked to any active project cycle' error if I click on cancel below error showing details as follow

The task list was not created successfully in SAP Change Manager or the task list is not active. Possible causes:

1. You are not authorized to create a task list in SAP Change Manager.

2. You are not authorized to activate a task list in SAP Change Manager.

3. The system landscape in SAP Solution Manager has changed and the task list is obsolete.

4. The task list has been closed in SAP Change Manager.

Should the developer has a role to create a task list?

Thanks

Hi Shakira,

From which user the task list is created? the user which have access in the solman and managed system with admin access help to create the task list .

If task list is created with out proper authorization leads obsolete.

So close the current task list and recreate the task list with appropriate user .

Karthik

Hi Shakira,

Please try with SAP ALL first to make sure this is not an authorization problem, if it is working with SAPALL

Further, remove SAPALL and then try to assign below roles and then check ....let us know the result

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO

SAP_SMWORK_CHANGE_MAN

SAP_CM_SMAN_DEVELOPER

SAP_ITCALENDER_DIS

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_CHAR

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_CHANGE_MAN

SAP_SOCM_DEVELOPER

SAP_SYSTEM_REPOSITORY_DIS

Hope this helps

Hi Shakira  ,

The authorization to create the Urgent Change tasklist is contained in the Change Manager role , either this role or the specific authorization needs to be assigned to the user who does the action "Release for Development", leading to creation of the ZMHF document.
