Hi Pavneet,

This are additional fields you need to perform the analysis in a better way.

Lets say you are loading material data from ECC to HANA, always you will get material number as 10 characters or sometimes 18 characters.

If your material number is 12345, then you will get field as '0000012345'. Say in this case your customer don't want to see 0's before material number.

you can go ahead and create calculate attribute on material which gives only the number and not leading 0's.

In the same way, you have net sales and customer want % of net sales in HANA. Go ahead and create calculated measure.

Let's say customer want only one particular year sales in a separate column, then create restricted measure on net sales and by restricting based on calendar year field.

Calculated Attributed: Created on Characteristics/Attributes to give additional information.

Calculated Measure: Created on one or more Measures/Key Figures.

Restricted Measure: Create on one measure by restricting on one or more characteristics/attributes.
