while upgrade solution manager using SUM TOOL we got error,see below log file and Error

Remove the entries from UVERS tables. Then try with the SUM tool.

I don;t think this is the correct way to solve the issue. This might let you move with the upgrade but
should only be done if SAP recommended this. Reason is UVERS is internal table and SA might not support if you change this manually.
This issue only occurs if you did not resetted the previous upgrade correctly. If you were in the prepare phase then you should follow the note 1790486.

Hello,
It looks like that you reset the upgrade but it was no reset properly. Please check the status of patch BBPCRM in uvers table.
There is similar described in SAP KBA 1790486.
