problem when adding to Scenario

Hi,

I created BS and Assigned to ID.

But when i am trying to add to Scenario it showing the error 'Object is currently being

eddited by user', But no body is editing it.

Will anybody can help me.

transaction SXMB_IFR

then admistration link

then locks and remove the lock on this object
