We want to refresh our DEV system with a copy of the PRD system:
What must we take into account thinking about change history (versions etc etc)
en what are other issue's to take care off ?

you need to export version database as per Note 130906 - How can versions be transported?

Hi,
in that case, it's better to scrap the old dev and rebuild it from a PRD system copy.
We did that for our QA system after our upgrade to 2004s.

If you refresh your DEV box with PRD you will loose all Change Documents. Doing this not recommended.
