GRC PSS - Unable to unlock password

We have recently applied the latest SP on our backend systems.  Thereafter we found that the user account is not getting unlocked when trying to reset the password via GRC 10 PSS feature.


User is able to reset the password successfully if the account is not locked. It means if the password is locked by unsuccessful attempts; it is not able to unlock first and than reset.  It is directly resetting without doing the unlock.

It was working fine before and even working for other systems connected for resetting the password. So do not see any issue from GRC system or its SP level.

Please advice.

In addition you can check the profile parameter allowing auto unlocking users that are locked due to wrong login attempts: login/failed_user_auto_unlock
