Hello Sebastian,

As I can see on your screenshot you are trying to upload Clauses from your local machine. Could you try to import from your CLM directory (where CLM is installed). Your Basis consultant can help you on it.

E.g.: "/iface/SAP_CLM/DEV/CLAUSES/clause01.docx".

Thanks,

Adilson

Hi Sebastian,

please check if you have permission, check if you have any security right for eg. contract management go to security profile > " name of the profile" > access right > select the contract generation drop down > clause library > for this particular access right check if you have the exact permission for eg. Import is set to allow > create , edit, etc = allow.

Thanks

Hello Kanchangauri,

Thank you for the answer, the permissions are setup to allow my user to import clauses, I have all permisions set to ALLOW in the Contract Generation Section.

Kind Regards.

Hello Adison,

I asked the basis for a folder in the server where CLM is installed, we test this morning the import of the file that contained the Path of the Clause Content (Path inside the CLM server) and it worked.

THank you very much for your Help.

Best Regards.

Could you try this with a filename that does not contain a space?  Possibly an error in processing the filename.

Gary,

I already try with a file that is called Test, and it won't work. I wonder if there is any property that i have to activate in order to give CLM permisions to import this Documents.

Regards.

As long as your are trying to attach a word document (.doc / .docx) and the permissions on the directories are correct, the file should be imported. The error indicates it can't find the file. This would seem to indicate incorrect path or permissions problem?  Can you add the file to the clause in the UI?
