SRM PFAL Inbound Idoc in 64 status

Trying to PFAL a Person from ECC to SRM, but the Idocs are going to 64 status.

But, everytime new BP is being created.

Position for this user is already in SRM, but no BP-CP link exists for same.

Can someone please suggest on this urgently.

You need to schedule background job for program RBDAPP01

Hi,

I suggest you check the filter groups in HR system to see if required relationships are all maintained well.

Then please also check table T77S0 in SRM system according to note 550055.

For the specific error in idoc, would you please attach more details with screenshot?

Will both idocs in ECC and SRM have status 64?

You may also refer to the report in note 996789 to fix the BP-CP relation.

I have checked filter groups in HR system, and the table too.

This problem is not coming for all users, but only to a particular user.

Above is the error screenshot of IDoc in SRM. ECC Idoc is in correct status, there is no problem there.

Hi,

As mentioned in the error detail, there is a dump generated which caused this error.

So would you please check the dumpe file in trx st22 and attach the full text of it to this discussion?

Then I will look into this further.

Did you try BD87 to re-process idoc?
