Embargo Based on Country of Departure.

Hi All

Is there a way in SAP Foreign Trade where I can put Embargo based on Country of Departure.

Example :

When Product shipped from US - Iran will be Embargo

When Product shipped from Japan - Iran is not Embargo. (Different Plant)

Currently there is only one setting in Foreign Trade which excludes the countries for all.

I think, it is quite possible if you activate SAP GTS where there is a provision of validating departure and destination countries.  If it is not activated, then, you have to go with an enhancement.

Is there a functionality in SAP FT where I can do this . I know this can be done in GTS but customer doesn't want the GTS.
