No Prompt for Exchange User in iOS devices.

Hello Folks,

While applying the exchange policy to iOS devices there is no prompt for Exchange username eventhough the variable is set in the policy.

Only prompts for Password.
I have also set the "exchange domain name" variable in enrolment policy, but still no go.
so seeking your help to resolve this.

Hi,

Check the enrollment code created you have add the group .

You need do fresh re enrollment again after you set the the variable for exchange domain , notification address.

Make sure to Delete the device entry from the console and do fresh enrollment .
