Problem in reading event message text

Hello

We are using FM /SAPTRX/EH_ADDEVENTMSG_02 for posting event messages . This FM is having placeholder for sending event text (  TRACKTEXTHEADER,  TRACKTEXTLINES). But we are not able to read it from system when we wanted to display it in a report.It is also not visible in EH display.

Other FM like  /SAPTRX/BAPI_EH_GET_DATA also not extracting event text. Any idea.. how to read event text which stored through  /SAPTRX/EH_ADDEVENTMSG_02 function module.

Hi,

you are right. In the standard display of TRACKTEXTHEADER and TRACKTEXTLINES is not supported on the EM UI. One FM that supports the retrieval of these tables is /SAPTRX/BAPI_EVM_DISPLAY_DATA, which can be used to retrieve all data for certain event messages by providing the Event Message GUID. Maybe that will help you.
