view/table T000 can only be displayed and maintained with restrictions

Hi All,

After the system refresh of  (Quality) from (Production)Tcode SCC4 is not running and showing below message:"view/table T000 can only be displayed and maintained with restrictions"When we go to Tocde Se11 and tried to check table T000 it says "table doesnot exit".However when we check at the DB level from sqlplus table is present.Kindly see the attachment for the same.Please help us to rectify the same as we cannot see any help.Even we are able to login in the system with our user id and password.

Hi All,

Sory for the late update. Our issue got fixed and it was not due do authorization. Infact when we check, we found the entire Data Dictionary was missing in Tcode SE11 (be it KNA1, MARA, LFA1)..where as we were able to check the records at the DB level:

Reason: One of the DD table DD02L was accidently kept in one of the export script. So after the restore we truncated all the tables which was present in the script and reimported it from the exports of the tables taken before the restore using R3trans(exp/imp)

Later when we truncated this table and imported it, the import finished fine but somehow the data of table DD02L couldn't be exported and imported via R3trans/Se01 even thought the RC was = 0.

We even tried to take the export of this table from Production using R3trans and reimport the same in Quality..but despite gettinng RC =0 in the export when we checked the logs( no data was captured).

Solution: we had to redo the refresh in Quality...:)

Learing : As a Basis admin: double check all the tables in the scripts before doing a truncate.

If you login as a user like DDIC into the QA system - are you still getting the same message after running SCC4.  Looks like an authorization issue .

Hi Rishi,

DDIC and SAP* too shows that the table T000 is not present in Tnx: SM30 and Se11. However we are able to logged in with the client. We too believe may be some way the security team has put some restrictions on that table. But  the data on Quality is restore and recovered from Production and in Production there is no restrictions on that table. EVen in Quality the security team denies any restriction.

We have asked them to upload the user master back in Quality that was there before the refresh. May be after that we will check again.

Are you able to view the table using Tx SM30 ?

Does the use you use have the relevant authorisations ?

What does the work process trace file say about this ?

No this table is not visible in Tnx SM30 as well as in SE11. However at the DB(SQl>select mandt from SAPR3.T00) level we can see records are there.
