Inter company STO for material existing in two companies with different material code

How to configure inter company STO scenario where a single material is having different material codes in each company.

Hi,

Please confirm are these two company codes are in the same server or different server?. If it is in different server you can't do Intercomapny STO.

If these two company codes are in the same server why a material is having different codes?
