ECC System Connecting to PI System - Norway ALTINN INterface

Hi Gurus

We are in process on setting up ALTINN interface for Norway where ECC system is to be connecting to PI system

We noticed that for our other Interface on Great britain we connect to the Different PI system(different from above system)

So my question basically is can we have one ECC system connecting to two different PI systems.

How can this be acheived

Currently i understand that connection works based on the RFC(type H ) HTTP Connection to ABAP System.

Actually where does this RFC utilised and how is it pointed (in any table) to be used .
