Hi,

I'm unfortunately getting the exact same error with SUM SP09 during an upgrade from Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 SP27 to 7.1 SR1 SP10. (source BI_CONT is release 706 SP 1)

Appears SAP did not implement the correction into SUM SP09 yet? Raised an OSS-case hoping SAP can assist.

Anyone who knows what the manual fix consists of?

Preprocesing: Phase MAIN_SHDRUN/SUBMOD_DIFFEXP/RUN_RDDIT006

Error:

1EUG011XObjects are collected for export in "SAPKCCP702", "SAPKCCP703", "SAPKCCP704"

2EEUG140SUPPACKS: Error while determining Support Packages for component "BI_CONT"

Tried to find if anything relevant is found in this note below. According to this note source release BI_CONT 7.06 does not need additional packages for an upgrade to BI_CONT 707. See section 4.c) Upgrading BI_CONT 707

Hello Luiz,

I contacted SAP. They logged to the system and made internal modification -> then it worked.

SAP also told me:

Latest SUM SP9 should contain a fix. So I would ask you to use the

latest SUM tool to avoid this error.
