What is your data source (HANA, UNX, SAP BW)?

@Sathish: Custom CSS will allow you to change the looks of the exceptions, but not to define it.

My Data Source is SAP BW.

And I was asking for Defining Exceptions in SAP Design Studio.

Victor is right - you can't define them in Design Studio

Design Studio will read the conditional formatting from Analysis Office/OLAP and honors the exceptions from a BEx Query if you set the Conditional Formatting to "true"

Hi Tammy,

I was looking for a blog of yours to share here, but I cannot seem find it, it was about creating the conditions in Analysis for Office and OLAP and transfering that into Design Studio (Probably what Nikhil is looking for).

Do you have something like that or is my memory tricking me?

Best regards,

Victor

Hi Victor - they are not a blogs but "documents"

I may have done this earlier as well - let me know if they are not what you are looking for.

Hello Nikhil,

I encourage you to search before you post following SCN rules

I did a search on Design Studio Conditional formatting and the following came back:

Hi Tammy,

Thanks for Reply .

I Have seen this post already.

But there is no option put specific values in Condition formating of Crosstab.

I have seen one more post of yours which shows this is possible .

But My question is how to add specific values ( If Else condition or somthing else )?

Have you looked at using setConditionalFormattingVisible function?

Hi,

I Have seen this post too & It gives clear understanding of using SAP BEx Query Exception in design studio , but in My dashboard the Conditional formatting is not coming from the BEx query .

I have to do it in Design studio .
