System shows No dangerous goods master records found for the materials in the document

Hi All,

There is a waning when creating a Sales order No dangerous goods master records found for the materials in the document,

however, this warning causes 'incomplete data', which prevent this sales order to deliver?

Would you please suggest some idea about this ?

Hi,

Plz check the material master data may it is marked as Hazardous material under the Tab- Plant Data/storage 1 in the field Haz. material number,this requires special storage and shipment

Dangerous Goods Movement check is activated in your system and that is why, system is giving that message.  If you dont want that check, either you have to deactivate that or apply code corrections as indicated in the following note

• Note 378499 - Incompletion status in the sales document incorrect
