No documents are showing in SOST

Hi Experts,

I am unable to see any mail specific documents in SOST.

All configurations are looking fine and mails are showing in SBWP outbox without any time/date stamp.

This is happening in only one client. In other clients mails are showing in SOST.

Please help to identify the reason.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Kiran Sathyan.

Did this happened after any recent client copy ?

Try this out:

Execute two programs:

1.RSSOPRRP without test mode to correct possible inconsistency in SAPoffice profile.

2.RSBCS_NUMBER_RANGE without test mode to correct SAPoffice number range inconsistencies

Thanks and regards,

Hi Sriram,

Thank you for replying.

These configurations have been cross checked and looks fine.

This is happening after a recent client refresh from production.Old mail documents are available in SOST. However new ones are not showing up.

Its not showing any error message also.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Hi Kiran

Can you confirm that you are making all the selections in the SOST screen ?

Also are you seeing the documents in the main SCOT screen - it should show the documents processed ( successfully / in error / transit etc ) ..

Thanks

Rishi
