Hello,
as we plan an upgrade to 7.31 from 7.11 for all our >20 PI systems I was wondering if there is anybody out there with experience and willing to share it concerning the newly built near zero downtime maintenance feature for SAP PI upgrades... ?
Please, anyone with some knowledge concerning
- stability of the process ?
- performance of the procedure even under production load ?
- what to do and what to avoid if using nZDM for PI ?
- what is needed for fullfilling the nZDM procedure for DB size / memory / CPU power of the update system ?
Kind regards, Hinrich
Hi Hinrich,
As far as I know, the nZDM for SAP PI is available on demand only. This means that you need to execute the process with the assistance of SAP.
