Enable Web GUI task

Hello experts,

Does anyone know howto enable a web gui task (eg Delete Identity)? Now (I think by default) we can only select to create or modify an identity. And I'm not sure which task to choose?

This is our tree structure:

And this is our setup within one of the 'delete identity' tasks:

We are currently using SAP IDM 7.2 SP7.

You need to enabe the task, set it as UI task and set the Access Controls.

What are you current Access Control settings?

Add the role whose members should be able to access the task (or add your own mskeyvalue) to the Access Control List in the Access Control tab. If everyone can access the task just add one ACL entry with parameters "logged-in user" and can perform the task for "everyone"  as minimum setting.

If you have done the above theps and cannot see the task it may be due to cache, try accessing the IdM UI with "?NoCache" as last parameter in the URL.

Please use the help documentation of SAP Management console to learn how to set the access control an a public task.

Open Management Console --> Help Menu --> Help Topics --> "Search with the term required"

For you, i have pasted a screenshot of how to set task access control.
