How to mark a qoute as complete after referencing

Good day

If you can assist, I am trying find a way to prevent a multiple sales orders to be referenced to a single qoutation. I have tried the following:

T-Code VOV7, AGN Completion rule is set to "B". T-Code VTAA QT (source) and OR (Target) "complete reference" is ticked. After making these changes, the system still allowed for more sales orders to be referenced and i had to create ne qoutations but it did not help.

Kindly assist or advise if i am missing a step

The issue was on T-code VTAA - ZQT-Z1FP item level. Pos./neg. quantty was clear and after changing it to "+" status changed to complete

Hi,

when you use a completion rule you have also to tick on update document flow in copy control for the line item.

Hi,

your query is bit unclear, just let me know-' with single reference only you want the quotation status to be completed' if this is exactly your reqt then do as follows

1. in AGN - make complet rule as A

2 copy controls bet OR & QT, uncheck complete reference check box.

copying reqts keep as it is, i think this will solve your purpose.

let me know if your reqt is different.
