Difference between C_HANATEC_1 and C_HANATEC131 certifications?

Hello Experts,

What is the difference between  C_HANATEC_1 and C_HANATEC131 certifications?

Which one is right choice is for SAP Basis Consultants?

Hello,

Right now following 2 version of certification available for BASIS folks..  go for C_HANATEC141 which is latest and greatest

C_HANATEC131 – SAP Certified Technology Associate (Edition 2013) - SAP HANA based on SP06

C_HANATEC141 – SAP Certified Technology Associate (Edition 2014) - SAP HANA based on SP07

Not 100% sure, but i guess this will be available for a while atleast for next 3-6 month until SP08 comes out.

Hi Kiran,

C_HANATEC131 and  C_HANATEC_1 both certification are technology certification but Level of certificationn is diffrent .

C_HANATEC_1  = for associate level

C_HANATEC131 = SME level

so C_HANATEC131 need more deep understanding about HANA.

Certification - SPS06 C_HANATEC131 – SAP Certified Technology Associate (Edition 2013) - For Consultants and customers that engage in SAP HANA projects in technology and administration roles.

Certification - SPS05  C_HANATEC_1 - SAP Certified Technology Associate - For Consultants and customers in technology and administration roles.

Suzz : for Administrator SPS06 C_HANATEC131 is better

Dear SrinivasuluReddy Tanguturi,

HANATEC_1 was deleted and there is only HANATEC131 in Training and Certification Shop. If HANATEC131 concern to SAP HANA SPS06 and now newest version of HANA is SPS07 I would like to know if it's possible that in future HANATEC131 will be replaced e.g. HANATEC131 (HANA 2013 Edition) by HANATEC141 (HANA 2014 Edition) which concern to SPS07?

Is there any sense to have HANATEC131 certificate if it can be deleted everyday, because will be outdated?
