Could not start transport control program tp

Dear Team,

We are facing the issue the in PRD server....as i click on STMS_IMPORT error message is coming "Could not start transport control program tp"

Result of RSTPTEST is

RFC Destination

	tp Executable	Size: 9,526,664 bytes
	RFC Ping	Error when opening an RFC connection

Hi,

Can you go in SM59 and then go to TCP/IP and test the RFC CALLTP_WindowsNT.

Can you also go in STMS --> monitor  ---> TMS alert ------> TMS alert viewer.

When did it stop working.

Was any kernel upgrade done recently?

Hi ,

No that rfc is not working due to gw/aclmode activate with value 1...and secinfo and reginfo is not defined..I ask that person s to deactivate the parameter.. Suspecting that the problem is with that only...they will remove the parameter in the night.what you think...

After implementing this note, modify the Gateway security files "reg_info" and "sec_info" with TP=BIPREC*(Refer notes 614971 and 1069911).

• E.g  "RegInfo" file entry,

• P TP=BIPREC* USER=* HOST=* NO=1 CANCEL=* ACCESS=*

• E.g. "SecInfo" file entry,

• P TP=BIPREC* USER=* HOST=* USER-HOST=*

In urgent cases you can use the correction instructions.

Before you use the correction instructions, make sure that you check SAP Note 875986 for transaction SNOTE.

This SAP Note might already be available before the Support Package is released. In this case, however, the short text still contains the term "preliminary version"
