SAP GRC Process Control 10.0 -Links are not working

Hello All,

Am facing a issue with GRC Process Control 10.0 after configuration.

1. No links working in Global Compliance Office

2. When i clicked on SOX - it it returning to - Regulation SOX is not properly customized error

3. When i clicked on FDA - it ending up with - Regulation FDA is not properly customized error

My current system state :-

Basis SP 12

GRCFDN_A SP 10

Even i tried to do trouble shooting with below post but, could not succeeded

Looking forward for a solution.

Dear Fernando,

Thanks for the response, but we are unable to do the same, coz the regulation link under the regulations and policies section is not active

We have updated the patch level to GRCFND_A 12

Please refer the screen for your reference ...
