Hi Folks,
We have setup PI monitoring from solution manager.
Setup is all green.However when alert rule is created from PI for consumer solman email notification is not triggred from solution manager.
Email receipients are mainatained at template level
Normal emails are getting sent from solman
Please advise.

what about alert inbox, are you able to see the alerts in alert inbox
any warnings, logs in PI monitoring on technical workcenter, check out the troubleshooting page
