Hi,
We started testing some of the applications from the SAP Fiori bundle; the first of it is SAP Fiori Check Price & Availability. We went through all the steps of the instalation & configuration guide (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_fiori/index.html#d5291c73b5c646daba038525c6b37daa.html) but things are still not working for us.
It retrives the data in the first screen (the customer list assigned to the particular user) but clicking on any of them generates a loading process that doesn't stop... it goes no step further... it's just loading nothing.
Could you, please, help us?

Hi Horatiu,
I guess there is some OData call error. Please check error details and call stack in the transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG. You can follow the troubleshooting steps.

I was afraid that my question will remain unanswered... so thank you very much for taking your time in answering me.
I have followed your steps and the conclusions are:
- in IWFND/GW_CLIENT, when testing OData in the gateway client, everything seems to be fine: the response is 200 and I can also see retrieved data (picture, below)
- /IWFND/ERROR_LOG - empty
- /IWFND/APPS_LOG - no errors
- the rest of the debugging process did not help more...
Can you, please, lead us further?

If OData gets data, it means some issue is in UI side.
Please check the Support Package and SAPUI5 library version.

Hi Masayuki,
I have made a check of the Support Package & SAPUI library version. What we do not have are those two latest packages:
SRA016 SP02
UISRA016 SP01
As we have just the trial version of the application, we do not have accest to the latest support packages... we are still on SP00 for both of the above. It can be that the trial version of this application has some compatibility issues with what we have that we cannot figure out... so we will be able to use it just when we will go for the full version of it.
Meanwhile, we have installed also the "customer invoices" app. In this case, in the gateway client everything is ok:
but in the browser we get the following errors:
Ca you be so kind, please, to take a look at this issue also?

Not wanting to bump your issue but we are also have the same but with current support packs:

SAPUI5 library version 1.16.3
The oData service happily returns the entity sets via the backend ERP data provider class (can debug through the BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE - CL_SRA016_PRICE_AVAIL_DPC_EXT->PRODUCTCOLLECTIO_GET_ENTITYSET) but still nothing in the UI.
Tried multiple different browsers & versions (after discovering Track PO does not like Chrome 32.0.1700.x - Firefox & IE OK).
Still a blank screen! Will update if I find anything.

I did receive a 404 error in Chrome for the Track PO application
Before replying I just double-checked:
1. Tested again = fail
2. Cleared the browsing history in Chrome = works!
No idea where the /proxy/ came from.

Just a quick progress update as I am struggling to apply 1.16.4 & 1.16.5 via SNOTE (downloading or uploading) - I don't think the SP SAPK-74007INSAPUI is released yet and I don't want to implement individually!
I believe it is our side as I get Kernal dumps after about 1.5hrs of downloading. Still investigating this before being able to apply patches 1.16.4 -> 1.16.7.

Hi Masa,
Unfortunately I applied this note last week.
Good news is that after re-jigging the profile parameters to swap around memory allocations I have managed to finally download the 1.16* notes (quite large!). Note 1931051 is being implemented now. I will perform the Price and Availability tests after each patch to see which one fixes it & post back results.
