Not able to transfer customer from ECC to GTS system

Hello GTS Experts,

we are using the SAP GTS version 10  and completed all the required config related to orgnisational strcutre in gts system like FTO,legal unit, assignment of fto to company code & legal unit to plant in gts system.

while we try to transfer the customer from ecc system to gts we are getting below error please help us.

Diagnosis

Not all partner masters have been processed successfully.

Procedure

You can access the process protocol in the Legal Service system. This protocol contains more information concerning the type of error that has occurred.

Hi Narayana,

You will be able to identify the reason only when you check the transfer log.

Go to GTS Cockpit- System monitoring- Transfer logs for Business partners.

issue got resolved, it is related to logical system error, now it is working fine.

Hi Narayana,

The table mentioned holds the link between Logical Systems and Groups of Logical Systems.  You need to assign your ERP system to a Group.

In the GTS IMG, go to:

• Global Trade Services
• System Communication
• Assign Logical System to a Group of Logical Systems

If you haven't already set up a Group for the feeder system(s) - for example, 'SAP_ERP', then use the Activity above.  Your Basis team can tell you more about Logical Systems if you need to know.
