Centralized Firefighting

Hi All,

We are planning to implement centralized EAM process for our customer. We are currently on GRC AC 10 SP13. with AC 10 plugin GRCPINW C100_731 SP level 004. Since we planning to use centralized firefighting, do we need to maintin the parameters 1000, 4000, 4010 in the backend SAP applications. I checked notes 1800772 & 1804207 and it mentions that these need to be maintained for decentralized firefighting, no mention regarding what to do in case of centralized firefighting.

Let me know if you need additional details. Appreciate your help in this regards.

Thank you.

Hi Anjan,

For SP13 you can use below parameters.

Maintain below configuration settings in GRC.

Maintain below configuration settings in Plug-in system

Make sure your RFC user and WF-Batch user has no authorization issues.

For more details you can check the below blog by Diego.

Thanks Madhu for your quick response. I have already gone through the blog mentioned by you. However my question is very speific, if we are planning ot implement "Centralized Firefighting", do we still need to perform configuration settings in Plug-in system as mentioned by you.

Note: We are not implementing Risk Terminator.

Thank you.
