Need Post installation help on SAP Netweaver 7.4

Hi,

I have installed the SAP Net weaver 7.4 with PI (JAVA & ABAP Stack).

and created a Log on item,

but while log on getting the below error message.

Kindly suggest, is am i missing any steps or configuration.

Hi Praveen,

Please check if you have entered correct details ie Instance no, IP etc.

Check if firewalls are turned off.

Hi,

Please go to the work directory and post the logs .

/usr/sap/SID/DV*/work

first post the dev_w* log and see if you can see the error.

Installation options of PI 7.4 are

• Dual-stack - that is, ABAP + Java.
• AEX (Advanced Adapter Engine Extended) - that is, Java-only.
• PO (Process Orchestration) - that is, Java-only.

If you are in MMC you can check via right click in the process and developer trace.

What is the system number used for the installation ?

You have not posted the error message.

All the post installation steps should be in the installation guide (i referred the PI document and its in chapter 6).
