We have a requirement to have the SPM Controller be the Firefighter's manager. Any ideas on how to do this in workflow?
I have created custom agents (central audit team) to receive the logs for review in the case of an escalation, but I have not set one up to go to a specific user's line manager before.
In theory, this "might" be possible by creating a custom agent rule with the use of BRF+. I guess it will require a live lookup of the user's manager, so maybe the expression of the rule may be a DBLookup (compared to using a Decision Table).
Once created, this custom agent requires to be assigned to a stage within the SPM/EAM Log eview MSMP process.
I guess if this has been done before for EAM log reviews, someone may be able to share their insight as a reply to the thread.
