How to disable SAP GUI SAP Sofware Update Prompt

Created an executable file from SAP GUI Installation Server.  For our pilot I modified  wkstaupdater.cfg and registry SAPSourceDir.  They both point to a network share which did update my SAP GUI client to core patch 7.  My problem now is how do I stop the update notification?  every time I reboot and I get this prompt to update.  I shouldn't need to comment out the path to the source.
