Training and verification Workflows: Tcodes/Roles

Hi All,

Need your valuable inputs on configuring the Training and verification workflows for certain Transaction codes / Roles.

An user should go through some training while requiring access to operate certain critical transactions.

I have gone through a few posts over SCN, but those are not able to walk me through in order to meet the requirements. I might be missing a few configuration steps (i guess),

Do I need to setup the BADI/WS application workflows for this to meet the requirements?

If i am reading this correctly, it is best to have the training verification attributes aligned against the relative roles.

As for how the comparison/look up takes place between the role and the user in the request, i am not too sure, but as far as i know, the BADI is required.

I'm also interested in finding out more about this. There is this SCN entry (http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-46235), but awaiting further information about how the actual BADI works and what is required within the target systems to verify.
