Uugent-Smartform problem

Hello Experts,

In my smartform, I have given left margin 1 cm.

Its showing correct output in development but when i m taking output from Quality & production left margin is cming 2 cm,as a result table is shifting out of the page.

Please help me as soon as possible

i think

r u using the same printer or different.

the problem is with the output device. once check outputdevice settings

Once goto SPAD check all the parameters of the output device u r using are same in DEv and QAS and PRD.. i don't there is aproblem with u r form design. i believe the problem is with output device or printer...

even somany we face the same kind of problem.

in the output devie>output attributes> there is HORIZANTAL MOVE give 5mm there for the output device you r using. i hope it solve u r probelm.

hi

normally the problem will be with the layout desin or output devicesetting.. in u r case u r layout is perfect because it is working fine in DEV.. so it should work in Quality...

as i told if u set the output divice in SPAD -->HORIZANTAL MOVE = 5 MM.. then it should work otherwilse give 1CM.. i have seen this in OSSnote but i didn't remember the number...

wht you cant do now is... in DEV activate the form once again and run it in DEv then <b>retransort the form agin</b>... may be it works...

Did you use the same printer types with the same drivers and settings (hardware margin and this kind of things)

Have u retransported all again...

every thing is fine as u telling.. once tretransport from dev to QAS.

The possible rasons for u r problem could be...

1. printer is diffent

2. output divice differences

3. properly transported or not..

but in u r case everything is fine as u told.

<b>once try to print someother form in the same printer.. and check whether they r printing correctly or samelike u r form.</b> even in this way if u could not able to find the reason.. cunsult any senior person who knows smartforms very well and those r working in the same project.

i hope u have checked everything in DEV and QAS.
