While installing the CI it terminated with below error.

I wouldn't worry much about this issue as the installation has been completed already.
I would terminate the sapinst and login to the SAP system and manually change the passwords to whatever it should be.

Quite strange...
Try to login client 000 using DDIC default password (19920706).
If you succeed then change the DDIC password to the master password you set in sapinst...
Check that DDIC is granted SAP_ALL profile.
You can also skip the failing step if you are able to log with ddic...
As it is the last step it might not be that critical to cancel sapinst.
You can always find a way to login by deleting user SAP* at DB level, set profile parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar to 0,
restart instance and log with password PASS.
