Oracle Listener issue

Hi Experts,

We are facing error  when we try to communicate with Oracle listener from  3rd Party backup tool (Commvault).

check listener status output below.

Note : Oracle Database 11 G (11.2.0.2 ) & SAP Netweaver 7.3

We need your help to bring the instance IJQ to ready state.

Dear Sebastian A.,

Please try to give lsnrctl reload.

After u check ..if again you got this same problem..Please try to remove these listener services and create again..

Then it will work fine..

We also using Commvault tool for backup.

if you are facing any problem, please let me know with screenshot and explanation of error.

From Oracle documentation: "An UNKNOWN status means that the instance is registered statically in the listener.ora file rather than dynamically with service registration. Therefore, the status is non known".
