CHARM with Retrofit

Hello,

We are trying to build Charm Capability with Retrofit.

I have already setup Charm and it is working fine.

Below is my config for CHARM with Retrofit.

We have a single system with following clients

010: Development

011: Retrofit

020: Quality

030: PRD

100: Solman PRD client

i have created transport routes as below.

I have created a the project

But when i try to activate the CHARM i get the error message regarding schnronization.

Could not configure transport track for development system SMP-011 in project COE_RETRO1

Although when i perform Check are all green.

Hi,

I have posted the issue with SAP also.Below is the reply.

The error "Cannot assign logical system SMP-011 to multiple system

roles" means that the system/client SMP:011 has at the same time role

type Source and Retrofit in this project COE_RETRO1 and this is not

possible.

We have done the configuration as per the dolores's blog.

As per the example in the blog.

SMM:100->SMM:200->SMM:300 (Maintenance Landscape)

SMM:888->SMM:200->SMM:300 (Implementation Landscape)

We too have similar landscape.

SMP :010->SMP:020->SMP030

SMP :011->SMP:020->SMP030

In the Blog we can see that SMM:888 is retrofit and Development system with two roles.

In solar_project_admin i have assiged smp:011 as post processing system( retrofit)

Hi Jhansi,

I think there is miscommunication.

SAP has replied that Logical Component cannot have 2 system roles assigned to it.

But as per the blog and SAP itself they are asking to make SMP:010 as Development System and SMP:011 as retrofit system which i had already did.

In maintanence landscape i have following systems SMP010:SMP020:SMP:030:SMP:011(Post Processing Type )

I implementation Landscape its --> SMP011(Development type):SMP:020:SMP:030

which is as per the blog

As per my understanding SMP:011 will have system role of development type and retrofit type both.

Please help
