Hi all,
is there a possibility to check if and which users are logged-on to a Web AS Java (in case you want to shutdown or restart the server)? I am looking for something analogous to the ABAP transactions SM04 or AL08.
Thanks,
Oliver
Thank you very much for the answer. That was exactly what I was looking for

Hi Oliver,
there is nothing comparable to SM04 or AL08 availlable.
Because normally you will have http requests, it is more of having hits on a web page than user permanently logged in like in ABAP.
There is the possibility to have a look which users still have a valid login session. For this you can use the visual administrator. There you go to server>service>securtiy provider and click on login sessions. You see the users with a valid logon ticket and when it will expire.
This does not mean a user in this list is actually executing something on the AS Java!
Terminating the session is not logging of the user, because he still has a valid ticket (cookie)!
Also in NWA you can have look at the user activity. Or in the portal there is a portal activity report where you can check which pages are clicked most often.
Regards,
Sascha
