Hi,

Check whether the delay time(maintained in customising) is elapsed for auto UD execution with reference to the inspection lot. Also refer the thread for more help No Auto UD for SKIP lot | SCN

Not able to find out the reason why UD is failing, the Lot status is REL  CALC SPRQ QLCH

Well if the status is REL CALC SPRQ QLCH then the UD won't process it.  It needs to have the status of SKIP on it for the skip part of the UD to process it.

For the regular UD all required characteristics (status 1) need to be processed.  Since the lot has the status of REL no characteristics have been processed.  If they had been, the lot would have the status of INSP, not REL.

The lot does not meet the requirements to be processed by the Auto UD program.

Why are you expecting results to be valuated in a skip lot?  If the whole lot is a skip lot, there should be no valuations necessary.  The Auto UD will only process those skip lots that have met the required hold period as indicate by Ravi.

If only a few characteristics are skip characteristics, (status 4), these will not be valuated.  The Auto UD will only process these once all the required ones are locked, (status 5). It would not be considered a skip lot.

If someone accidentally enters a skip lot and makes any change, the lot will no longer be considered a skip lot.  The lot status will change to INSP.  If you see this status on the lot, you must manually UD it or complete the testing.
