Shipment : Multiple Company Code and Same Transportation Planning Point

Hi Experts,

Need your help in Shipment Processing.

Business Scenario:

Vehicle Number = GJ-O1-2837

My client has 2 company code (CCA1 and CCB1)

Transportation Planning Point = TPP1 assigned to CCA1 company code.

Requirement:

At a time Goods of Both Company Code will be going in Vehicle Number GJ-01-2837.

Here my issue starts:

In VI01, system does not allow another Company Code CCA2 shipment document number.

Please suggest me the way to achieve this requirement.

Message no. VW349

Company codes are different: Delievery CCB1/0080003855 shipment CCA1/0000001776

Dear Mahendra,

Having  company will lead to two different financial statements and the valuation and the cost center are also leads wrong value in books of accounts.

it is also difficult to show the liability in two different company codes for single transportation planning point.

Hi Shaik,

After analyzing I found out the SAP Note 0000699343: Modification: Suppressing error VY012.

This Note suggests to deactivate the check of Company code at the time of Shipment Cost creation.

We are going to implement this note in our system.
